Commercial CleanerWe are currently looking for Commercial Cleaners to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of business premises.Hours Required:One vacancy: MondayFriday, 7:00am10:30amAnother vacancy: 2-3 days per week, 2:45pm-6:00pmKey ResponsibilitiesSweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floorsDusting furniture, surfaces, light fixtures, and windowsillsWiping down high-touch areas such as door handles and handrailsCleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, and bathroom facilitiesRestocking supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paperEmptying and sanitising recycling and waste binsCleaning communal kitchen/canteen areas, including surfaces and appliancesFollowing health and safety regulations, including COSHH proceduresReporting any damage, maintenance issues, or low stock to managementSkills & QualificationsPrevious cleaning experience is essentialUK driving licence essentialStrong attention to detailPhysical stamina and ability to work efficientlyGood time management to complete tasks within set hoursKnowledge of cleaning products and safe handling proceduresCommunication skills for working within a team2. HousekeeperWe are currently looking for Housekeepers to clean, organise, and maintain a hygienic and comfortable environment in private residences or short-term accommodation such as Airbnbs.Hours Required:Mon Fri + every other weekend. Hours to be discussed.Key ResponsibilitiesDusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfacesCleaning bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areasScrubbing and disinfecting bathrooms, showers, toilets, and sinksWiping down kitchen appliances, counters, and cabinet doorsStripping, changing, and re-making bedsTidying rooms, decluttering, and ensuring a well-ordered environmentMonitoring stock of cleaning supplies and reporting when items are neededNotifying supervisors of any damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazardsSkills & QualificationsUK driving licence essentialExcellent attention to detailStrong organisation and ability to work independentlyPhysical stamina, including lifting laundry bags up to 15kgReliability, trustworthiness, and discretion in private spacesGood communication and ability to follow proceduresKnowledge of cleaning techniques and safe use of productsExperience RequiredPrevious cleaning experience is essential for both rolesSuccessful applicants will receive on-the-job training to learn company-specific protocols and safety measures.Salary:NMW with a salary review after a 3-month probationary periodFull training is givenAccess to company vehiclesIf either role sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply ASAP.JBRP1_UKTJ
