As a commercial catering engineer you will be
* Covering South and South East London from Croydon round to east London
* Providing maintenance and repairs on commercial catering equipment (COMCAT and electrical)
* Working on combi ovens, grills, burners, fryers, and other gas and electrical catering equipment
* Working with clients such as commercial properties, hotels and a good number of larger nationwide care homes
Skills Needed to be a COMCAT engineer
* Experience doing PPM and repairs on electrical and gas fired commercial catering equipment
* COMCAT’s 1,3,5 needed
* Having any experience with microwaves would be beneficial but is not essential
* Need to be living south London, east London or south east London, OR north Kent would also be looked at
