JOB DESCRIPTION

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced and commercially astute

Commercial Assets Manager

to take responsibility for the effective management of our diverse portfolio of non-residential properties.

As a Commercial Assets Manager, you will lead a high-performing Commercial Assets Team to generate and maximise income to contribute towards the organisations annual surplus, while achieving social value where possible. You will lead the team to manage a national portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring full compliance with appropriate health & safety and statutory requirements.

We know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Commercial Property Manager, but you will have the tenacity to lead your team to achieve full compliance.

You will also be able to demonstrate: Proven knowledge and expertise of commercial property management including knowledge of current landlord and tenant legislation and property law relating to commercial premises.

Proven knowledge of health and safety law and public liability responsibilities relating to non-residential assets, land etc.

Demonstrable commercial negotiation skills.

Proven ability to communicate complex information to specialist and non-specialist colleagues sufficient to aid their understanding and actions. Please apply with a CV and covering letter, detailing how you meet the essential criteria.
