Assisting with Subcontract management and payment processing. Cost analysis Working with DocuSign to manage document approval Estimating small value works Preparation and processing quotations Invoice processing Cost and Cash flow forecasting Ad hoc commercial tasks as required.
What youll bring
Competent Excel skills; An ability to turn large data sets into clear summaries and conclusions. Excellent numerical and analytical skills Possess a task orientated flexible approach to work with the ability to meet tight deadlines as required. Experience in prioritising variable workloads to meet targets. Relevant Financial or Commercial experience would be desirable but not essential Whats in it for you?
