We're seeking to recruit a motivated, professional and dedicated Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team. You will be responsible for providing account servicing support and ensuring effective servicing of client accounts.

Commercial Account Handler duties:

You will take ownership of and look after a portfolio of cross-class commercial clients within the Charities division. Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered on to the system in a timely fashion to ensure data integrity. Creating documents for new customers, along with any mid-term adjustments and renewals information. Deal with account queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns. Obtain renewal terms for customers, always ensuring you've explored other options before providing the best available solution. Liaise with clients and insurers.
