Who Are We Looking For? * The Specialist: Proven experience in B2B or Commercial Insurance. (We also welcome Personal Lines professionals with 2+ years of experience looking to move into Commercial). * The Professional: Someone who values accuracy, compliance (FCA), and high-level client service. * The Local Expert: You are based in or near Poole and enjoy the collaboration of an onsite office culture. * The Academic: GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths & English is required; CII qualifications are a major plus.
