Position: New Business Account Executive
Location: M25 / South East
Salary: Negotiable + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

To sustain this growth, we are seeking a New Business focused Account Executive to build their own portfolio. You will be supported by our experienced broking and claims teams to focus on client acquisition and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a pipeline of new business
- Adding new introducers to your network
- Advising clients on quotations, coverage, and renewals
- Expanding client coverage to ensure optimal protection
- Collaborating with support teams for accurate documentation
- Negotiating with Underwriters for the best terms
- Working compliantly and efficiently on all cases
- Achieving income and retention targets
- Supporting business objectives and colleague development

Candidate requirements:
- Solid experience in Commercial Insurance
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, sales, stakeholder management, and IT skills
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including board
- Full driving license
