Role Description Globexpath is seeking a Co-Founder with a technical background to serve as a key leader and equity partner in the organization. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical solutions, collaborating on product strategy, and fostering innovation to meet organizational goals. You will work closely with the other co-founders to contribute to strategic decision-making, business development, and long-term vision. Daily responsibilities include managing technical infrastructures, supporting operational processes, and driving creative and effective solutions to meet the demands of a fast-paced media environment. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to solve complex technical challenges and provide data-driven insights. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse team members and stakeholders. Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive growth, partnerships, and brand awareness. Proficiency in Research to identify industry trends, assess competition, and inform strategic decisions. Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with media, technology development, and/or entrepreneurship is highly beneficial. Passion for Globexpath’s mission and vision, along with a creative and collaborative mindset.
