CNC Turner - Programmer / Setter / Operator - opportunity to join this established and well regarded 'employer of choice'. We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join on day shift. This role involves programming, setting and operating CNC lathes to produce small batch precision components to tight tolerances.
This company pay additional bonuses to staff after a qualifying period.

Key responsibilities:
- Programme, set up and operate CNC lathes/turning centres
- Work with Mazatrol, Siemens or Fanuc controls
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T where required
- Select and set tooling, offsets and workholding; carry out first offs and prove programs
- Carry out in-process and final inspection using micrometers, calipers, gauges and other measuring equipment
- Maintain production records, ensure quality and meet targets
- Work to health & safety and housekeeping standards

Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a programmer / setter / operator role
- Competent programming and operation on Mazatrol, Siemens or Fanuc control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform precision measurement
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Preferably apprentice trained.
