Job Title: CNC Turner

Job Type: Lates, Perm

Location: Fleet

Hours: Mon-Thurs 16:00-00:30 / Fri 15:00-22:30

Pay: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Our client has been established since 1958. Manufacturing their own components for various industries. They use a range of materials, Stainless Steel, SG Iron, Aluminium alloys, Mild Steel, plastics, etc. Into petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, water, anywhere there are pipelines that need industrial automated control. Our client has 4 sites with a total workforce of 201 employees and growing!

Duties
⦁ Programming, setting and operating twin spindle Mill/Turn machines (training provided)
⦁ Batch runs of 50-400off
⦁ First off inspections, using manual measuring tools (verniers, micrometres, calipers)

Experience
⦁ Conventional & CNC Turning
⦁ Proven track record of using Fanuc controls
⦁ Use of PCs – Spreadsheets, emails, etc (must)

Qualifications
⦁ Apprentice trained (desirable)
⦁ HNC minimum (must)
