Location: High Wycombe Hours: Days-based, Monday–Friday Flexible hours between 7.30 and 5pm (4pm Friday) Overtime paid at X 1.5 Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

The Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner who is ready to take control of and develop a dedicated CNC turning cell. This role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys leading their own processes and helping shape a modern, growing machining department.

Working with Doosan lathes with live tooling and Fanuc controls, you will manufacture complex, close-tolerance components for F1 and motorsport applications. You will be responsible for setting, programming and operating machines, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout production.
