CNC Turner – Mazatrol (C & Y Axis)
Location: Colne, Lancashire
Salary: £16.00–£20.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus + Overtime
Hours: Full‑time, Permanent

The Company
A well‑established precision engineering business is looking to add an experienced Mazatrol CNC Turner to their team. This is a varied, hands‑on role within a friendly, supportive environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality components on Mazak machines using Mazatrol controls. Duties include:
* Programming, setting and operating Mazatrol lathes
* Working confidently with C & Y axis machining
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Selecting appropriate tooling and applying effective cutting strategies
* Maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
* Communicating effectively within a small, collaborative team
Experience in milling and/or Autodesk Fusion would be an advantage but is not essential.

We’re looking for someone who is:
* Time‑served with strong Mazatrol experience
* Skilled in C & Y axis turning
* Reliable, positive and detail‑focused
* Able to work to tight tolerances
* A good communicator and team player
