Position: CNC Setter Operator
Location: High Wycombe, United Kingdom
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, including Okuma Millturn machinery, to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job.
Experience with multi-axis machining is highly desirable.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to production schedules.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery as needed.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to the Oil and Gas sector.
Understanding of Turning or Milling operations.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and tooling setup.
Experience with Okuma Millturn machinery is highly desirable.
Ideally, experience with multi-axis machining.
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with other systems/machinery will be considered.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Business Hours: Theyare open 63 hours per week with overtime opportunities available.
