My Client have grown into one of the largest speciality machinists and suppliers of plastics in the United Kingdom. They are a leading UK based specialist manufacturer. Excelling in the design & manufacture of machined & fabricated components, along with engineering & supply services for over 30 years. Due to further expansion and promotion internally, they are looking for skilled CNC Turners and Millers (Setter/Operator)to join their machining dept and work on productionmachiningprojects. Hours of work: Mon to Thur 7.50am to 4.20pm Fri 8.00am to 3.30pm DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Setting and OperatingCNC lathe's or CNC Mill'sfor some of the following machinery - HAAS UMC-750, HAAS UMC-500 WITH AUTOMATED PALLET LOADER, HAAS VF4SS,HAAS VM3, HAAS VF4 - WITH VAC TABLE, HAAS MINIMILL, BRIDGEPORT MILL, DN SOLUTIONS PUMA GT 3100L, DN SOLUTIONS LYNX 2600SY, TORNADO A90, XYZ RLX 555 LATHE Producing precision machined components to tight tolerances, for a range of industries, including F1, sub-sea, offshore and the food/drink Working from detailed technical engineering drawings. Ensure all manufactured components meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Work closely with the engineering team to optimise processes and meet production deadlines.
