We need the candidate to have a strong mechanical knowledge. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for fabricating components and ensuring they meet the required specifications
The Job
Setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines using the Fanuc control system (This machine also used Cimco CADCam or Fusion software for programming.)
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in fabrication
Self-inspect work
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality
About you
Must have proven experience of setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines using the Fanuc control system (This machine also used Cimco CADCam or Fusion software for programming.)
Be able to work to customer issued drawings and specifications to produce medium to heavy workpieces.
Have the ability to self-inspect.
Be willing to work overtime when needed.

Hourly rate of £18-£23.40 per hour depending upon experience
