We are currently seeking a CNC operative for our client in Weston - Super - Mare
Job Description: Operate and monitor CNC machines running pre-programmed cycles.
Program CNC machines as required to produce precision components.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using basic measuring tools.
Perform routine machine checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
Work collaboratively to ensure efficient production flow.
Adhere to company health and safety procedures at all times.
Training & Experience: On-site training provided.
Previous experience in CNC machining and programming, or in a similar manufacturing environment, is highly advantageous.
Hours & Pay: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 15:30 or 08:00 16:30
Friday: 07:00 12:30
Pay: £14.50 £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Rotating shift pattern at the time of employment.
Benefits: Monday to Friday work schedule.
Overtime available.
