CNC Milling Programmer - Nights

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Milling Programmer to join our clients night shift team. Its a great opportunity to work a 4 day week and have a 3 day weekend every week! The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3-axis milling programming, with expertise in Fanuc controls. This role requires the ability to work from engineering drawings, set up and operate CNC machines, and create efficient programs to produce high-quality parts. Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC milling programs for 3-axis machines using Fanuc controls Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate and efficient CNC programs Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines Ensure proper tooling selection and implement tool management strategies Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications Troubleshoot programming and machining issues as they arise Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and increase efficiency Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and procedures Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Milling Programmer, with a focus on 3-axis machining Proficiency in programming and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Opportunity for unlimited overtime all paid at a premium Shift Pattern

Monday to Thursday 6pm-6am or 7pm-7am
