Position: CNC Machinist & Quality Inspector

This is a hands-on role in which the successful candidate will work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to develop and machine new parts and ensure that both incoming and new machine parts meet the required quality standard.

Key responsibilities of the Machinist & Quality Inspector will include:

Inspection of Incoming and internally machined parts using engineering drawings and equipment. Using measuring equipment such as micrometres, Vernier's, plug gauges, screw gauges, ring gauges. Identify and work with production and engineering to resolve any quality issues. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. Preparation of First Article reports for Incoming and Internally machined parts Responsibility of running and programming the Haas CNC Mill, modelling Lathe and Mill Liaising with Engineering, Production & Quality across sites in order to provide an effective machining service.
