CNC Machinists (Grinders and EDM Operators) required for Weekend Day Shift – 05:45 – 17:45 (Fri–Sun) to join a well-established, growing manufacturer supplying high-precision components to the aerospace and power generation industries.

* £18.38 per hour (including shift allowance)

The role

You’ll operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision components, ensuring all work meets strict quality and customer standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Operating CNC Grinding or EDM Machines, ensuring that parts are machined in accordance with the agreed method specification.

* Attain machine setting skills to enable machine set ups in line with Company requirements

* Understanding of engineering drawings, ensuring that fixtures are correctly aligned.

* Inspecting parts in line with quality procedures and taking any necessary, approved, action to resolve quality issues

* Operating CMM machines to support inspection requirement.
