This Clinical Services Manager position is ideal for someone stepping up from Ward Manager level or an experienced Clinical Services Manager seeking broader responsibility across a service. Youll play a key role in driving standards, developing teams, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role As a Clinical Services Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the service Oversee staffing, rota planning, and workforce compliance to ensure safe staffing levels Drive clinical excellence through audits, governance processes, and continuous improvement Manage referrals, incidents, and complaints in line with regulatory frameworks Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, psychology, and allied health professionals

Package & Benefits

About You

Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN Previous experience as a Ward Manager or similar leadership role Strong background within mental health or specialist services Experience in clinical governance, audits, and regulatory compliance
