We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist who is an Independent Prescriber to support a service in Preston . This position requires an individual who is confident working autonomously and has current clearances related to drug misuse services and secure environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high quality medicines management, prescribing support and patient-centred care within a busy clinical setting.
