Location: Minehead, Somerset Salary: Up to £55,000 FTE (DOE) Hours: 30 hours per week (Part-Time) Contract Type: Permanent
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and proactive Pharmacist to join a growing multidisciplinary team. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing medicines optimisation, prescribing safety, and pharmaceutical care across the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and pharmaceutical care Support prescribing audits and the safe management of high-risk drugs Conduct remote and face-to-face patient consultations Prescribe urgent medications using summary care records Identify and manage clinical risks and medication-related queries Act on safeguarding concerns in line with clinical protocols Collaborate with the wider MDT to drive service improvement Maintain accurate records using EMIS What We’re Looking For
