London (Office-based, Monday–Friday) Salary:
Up to £50,000
Overview We are working with a specialist Complex Care provider delivering community-based support to individuals with Brain Injuries, Spinal Injuries, and other life-limiting conditions. They are seeking a Clinical Educator to join their team, focused on developing and upskilling care staff through high-quality, classroom-based training.
Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, classroom-style training sessions to small groups of carers (typically up to 8 learners) Lead on core clinical training, with a strong emphasis on Tracheostomy and Ventilation Support the development of carers’ competencies to ensure safe, effective care delivery in the community Assess, monitor, and document learner progress and competency levels Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and programmes Ensure all training aligns with current clinical guidelines and best practice standards
Requirements Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin Strong clinical background within Complex Care i.e ITU, HDU or Neuro Confident and competent in Tracheostomy and Ventilation Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and teach others Passion for education, training, and staff development
Desirable Previous experience in a Clinical Educator or training-focused role Teaching/assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Please note: Nurses without formal education experience will still be considered, provided they are confident in Tracheostomy & Ventilation and comfortable delivering training in a classroom environment.
