Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued care provider who are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their well-regarded nursing home based in North London.
This welcoming home offers high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care for elderly residents. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring clinical excellence, and promoting a compassionate, person-centred culture.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced nurse leader who can inspire and support a dedicated care team. You’ll have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care for older people.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Services Manager, or supernumerary Clinical Lead within an elderly nursing home setting.
* Strong understanding of CQC standards, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance.
