Job Description

The clinic administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the project clinic, with a range of administrative responsibilities supporting its day-to-day operations combined with a receptionist role, playing an important part in creating a welcoming environment for service users.

DEPARTMENT: Programmes Unit (UK Migration Project)

HOURS: Full time, 37.5 hours a week

LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Fixed Term Contract, one year with possibility of three-year renewal, subject to project funding

LOCATION: A 5-day in-person role working in the project clinic in Birmingham/Sandwell.

REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE): Principal Psychologist/Clinical Lead

SALARY: £ 28,711.79 - £31,263.94 per annum

Internal salary grade: 11
