Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining our local clinic(s), receiving new cases, and ensuring proper system drafting and setup. Clinic administration includes opening and closing the clinic for the day, ensuring that doctors have the necessary equipment for reviews, and that all appointments are conducted timely and efficiently. Ensure that Dane Street maintains positive relationships with IME physician panel members, Washington LI, and claimants.
This is a hybrid position that requires travel to our Bellevue clinic location and future locations, as well as work from home. Candidates from the Greater Puget Sound Region are welcome.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- General administrative duties to support management, IME physicians, and claimants in the clinic.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Check in claimants for appointments.
- Make scheduling and reminder calls.
- Turn over exam rooms between appointments.
- Order and set up lunch for IME physicians.
Handling Receipt of New Cases:
- Intake new cases, review/verify information and requests, and draft cases by entering information into the Dane Street system, AccessDS.
- Work with clients on missing information pertinent to processing claims.
- Sort, organize, and create medical document listings as required by clients and in line with specific handling instructions.
Assignment of Cases:
- Assign and schedule new cases to physicians based on location, availability, guidelines, jurisdictional, and client requirements.
- Ensure no conflicts of interest with case assignments.
Oversight of Cases:
- Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines.
Client Interaction:
- Update clients regularly on case progress.
- Communicate with clients regarding referral information questions to ensure proper documentation for IME physicians.
- Ensure proper documentation is provided to clients for specific cases.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Education/Credentials: An Associate’s Degree is required.
Job Relevant Experience: Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance settings is preferred.
Job Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, time management, and computer literacy are essential.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Includes lifting, bending, traveling, long periods of sitting, and computer work. Must support own internet for remote work, maintaining an uninterrupted connection.
Salary range: $16.28-$25/hr
