At Adaptable Recruitment, we are exclusively supporting a well established organisation within the specialist card, print and manufacturing sector to recruit a Client Services Administrator.
Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE
Location: Merseyside / Lancashire border
Working Pattern: Permanent - Full time - Hybrid Option
Benefits: 25 days holidays plus bank
Main Responsibilities to Include:
Manage Client Jobs: Set up, update and oversee customer job records within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy from order through to completion.
Stock & Data Accuracy: Create and maintain stock codes and associated data, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
Produce Operational Documents: Prepare clear, structured SOPs and work instructions for production and fulfilment teams using Excel.
Customer Communication: Provide timely updates, respond to queries, and maintain a high standard of service.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Production, Planning, IT, Quality and Logistics to support smooth end to end operations.
SLA Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate SLA data and produce reports for internal teams and customer reviews.
