Overview

Your Artist Media is a specialist digital studio working with classical musicians, opera professionals, and creative organisations to shape their online presence through social media, websites, and brand strategy.


We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Manager to oversee the delivery of social media and digital projects across a growing client base. This role is central to ensuring our clients receive a high-quality, consistent, and thoughtful service.


The Role

The Client Manager will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, taking ownership of day-to-day delivery, timelines, and overall quality. You will work closely with our team of content creators, copywriters, and designers to ensure all work is executed to a high standard and aligned with each client’s brand.


Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build strong, professional relationships and understand each client’s goals
  • Lead regular check-ins and maintain clear communication
  • Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Oversee weekly and monthly content planning
  • Ensure content aligns with each client’s brand, voice, and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and storytelling
  • Support the development of new ideas and campaigns

Project & Team Management

  • Brief and coordinate work across the creative team (content creators, editors, copywriters)
  • Manage workflows and ensure deadlines are met
  • Review and approve content before publishing
  • Maintain organisation across platforms such as Monday.com and Google Drive

Publishing & Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure all content is scheduled and delivered on time
  • Oversee posting, captions, and engagement strategy
  • Work closely with the Studio Administrator to manage day-to-day output

Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor content performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback and refine strategies based on insights
  • Support reporting where required


Requirements

Essential

  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing clients or projects
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows at once
  • A strong eye for detail and quality
  • Knowledge of the classical music and opera industry and works


Desirable

  • Experience in social media, marketing, or digital content
  • Interest in the arts, music, or creative industries
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or scheduling platforms


Working Structure

  • Part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) at £18/hr
  • Hybrid / remote working, available to work in West End Office location two days a week
  • Flexible schedule, with some availability during standard working hours
