This firm advise ambitious clients of all sizes from many sectors. They work with small businesses ranging from, sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal tax clients. This firm has a strong emphasis on building excellent client relationships and delivering an approachable, proactive, future focussed service to their clients.This firm are recruiting a Semi Senior accountant to join their team to assist with their growing client base. The role provides an excellent opportunity for the right individual to grow their career within a forward thinking and growing business.This role would suit someone looking to take a step forward in their career and, in time, progress to take on a full client base within the firm. After induction, the candidate would be given a small client base with full mentorship, with the aim of gradually moving into a full client manager role in line with business growth.Key responsibilities: Preparation of self-assessment tax returns, preparation of year end accounts and preparation of corporation tax returnsYou should hold a Minimum of 2-3 years working within an accountancy practice environment. Knowledge of Xero is preferable. Ideally the candidate would be looking to or currently studying towards their ACCA qualification. AAT qualified accepted, however it is desirable that the candidate would look to continue their studies. What they offer: Competitive salary offered by a supportive and friendly team.
