You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be given both visibility and autonomy from day one.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounts and consolidations.Prepare statutory accounts and provide direct support to Partners to ensure seamless client delivery.Review work produced by junior team members, offering clear guidance, constructive feedback and effective delegation.Lead, supervise and collaborate closely with junior staff to drive performance and development.Work directly with senior management, maintaining strong communication, accountability and delivery standards.Take responsibility for budgets across your portfolio to maximise commercial performance.Play an active role in the growth and development of the wider practice, with a clear pathway into senior leadership.Maintain strong technical and compliance standards in line with professional and regulatory requirements.QualificationsFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with a solid background in professional practice.Demonstrable experience managing a client portfolio and producing high-quality statutory accounts.Strong technical capability, including experience with complex accounts and ideally group consolidations.Clear leadership potential with the ambition to progress into a senior management position.Proven experience reviewing work and supervising the development of junior team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are seeking an exciting opportunity to further your career, then I would love to hear from you.Click to apply with your CV or contact Oakley Warnock on 01904 571 760 #J-18808-Ljbffr
