Our General Insurance division is a key driver of our growth. We are now hiring a Client Development Director to expand our strategic presence across the London insurance market.
Opportunity
As Client Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and securing long‑term, strategic relationships with key clients across the London insurance market – focusing on Lloyd’s Brokers, Syndicates, MGAs, and TPAs. Your success will directly influence the strength of our market partnerships and the growth of our Specialty London Market team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and win new strategic client relationships across the London insurance market
Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with C‑suite, HR, and hiring leaders
Develop bespoke talent solutions aligned to clients’ hiring and growth strategies
Act as a brand ambassador for IDEX Consulting in the London Market
Collaborate with the London Market team to generate and convert high‑quality job flow
Achieve a personal revenue target which will also drive success for colleagues across the Division
Attend key industry events and build a profile across the Lloyd’s and London market landscape
What We’re Looking For
A proven door‑opener / new business developer & networking professional with high levels of connectivity into the London (insurance) market
Deep understanding of the London insurance market, its dynamics, and major players
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and strategic wins
Natural relationship builder with excellent influencing, networking, and presentation skills
Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial, with a desire to work in a high‑trust, high‑performance culture
