Working within a first-generation MSP environment, you'll play a key role in shaping service delivery, influencing performance, and making a real impact from day one.Role Summary The Client Account Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and performance of assigned client accounts, with full accountability for P&L, KPIs and SLAs. They lead and develop a team of Delivery Consultants, ensuring resources are effectively planned to deliver consistent, high-quality service outcomes. A trusted partner to clients, the role builds strong relationships through expert guidance, proactive engagement and regular service-led reviews that drive continuous improvement.
