No two days will be the same, and you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional service.Your Role - Client Account ManagerIn this role, you will be responsible for:Client Relationship Management Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships
Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts
Understanding client needs and aligning solutions to meet their objectives
Ensuring a seamless, positive customer journey from end to end
Strategic Planning & Delivery Translating business strategy into clear, prioritised, and achievable plans
Making informed trade-off decisions when time, budget or capacity constraints arise
Challenging activity that is misaligned with agreed strategy or unlikely to deliver meaningful value
Supporting long-term account growth through proactive planning and communication
Event & Sponsorship Coordination Planning and managing major events, sponsorships, and client engagements
Ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard and in line with strategic objectives
Performance & Analytics Demonstrating a strong analytical mindset focused on performance, pipeline influence and ROI
Reviewing data to provide insight, recommendations, and actions to improve outcomes
Monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for growth or optimisation

Confidence presenting insight and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
