The Opportunity We are hiring a Client Account Manager – PPC to take ownership of client relationships and communication across paid advertising accounts. This role is client-facing and operational, ensuring PPC performance, budgets, and expectations are clearly aligned between clients and our delivery team.
This is not a campaign execution role, but a strong understanding of PPC is required.
Key Responsibilities Manage communication for a portfolio of PPC clients
Lead regular performance calls and written updates
Ensure client goals, budgets, and KPIs are clearly understood and documented
Act as the link between clients and PPC specialists
Review reports and translate PPC data into clear client insights
Support ad spend tracking and PPC invoice-related communication
Proactively manage risks, expectations, and retention
