Monday to Friday with early starts. Shift start time is

04:00 , with an anticipated finish between

12:00 and 13:00 . Pay Rate: Monday to Friday: £17.35 per hour PAYE

Saturdays: £20.50 per hour PAYE

Sundays: £20.50 per hour PAYE

Temporary to permanent. The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced

Class 2 Trunk Driver

for an urgent requirement. The role involves trunking between depots with

no manual waste handling . Key responsibilities include: Trunking

two vehicles per day

from the Highdown depot to Beddington (Croydon).

Starting at

04:00 , taking the first vehicle to tip.

Completing the second vehicle run between

09:00 and 10:00 .

Ensuring vehicles are operated safely and in line with company procedures.

Carrying out basic vehicle checks before and after each run.

Adhering to all road transport, WTD, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with

Class 2 entitlement (Category C) .

Minimum

6 months Class 2 driving experience .

Valid and in-date

DCPC

and

Digital Tachograph card .

No more than

6 points

on licence (minor offences only).

Good understanding of

WTD legislation .

Strong work ethic and a safety-first attitude.

Punctual, reliable, and able to work early morning shifts.

Good communication skills and professional conduct.
