Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm!The Role: HireGiant are looking for a reliable and professional HGV 2 Driverto work with our client based in Leicester. This is an ongoing role leading to a permanent opportunity for the right driver. You will be doing 8-10 deliveries per day, delivering boxed meat to Butchers and Pubs across Leicester.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. Your responsibilities as a HGV 2 driver will include: Completingdeliveries to pubs and butchers

Driving the class 2 curtainside trailer in a safe manor

Responsible of handball of all meat deliveries either hanging meat or in boxes

Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately

Maintaining excellent customer service standards as this is a customer facing role.

xehkeey Requirements for the Class 2 driver: ValidHGV 2 licence

Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card

Strapping and Reversing competence

New pass HGV 2 Drivers welcome training and support provided
