Location: Rainham, Essex Salary: £16 per hour + overtime + bonuses + benefits Hours: 6am5pm We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Class 2 Driver to join our operations team covering London and the Southeast. Working across a variety of customer sites, events and commercial environments, you will carry out waste, water and drainage services to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions well, and delivers excellent customer service. What youll be doing:

Completing daily scheduled routes including tank empties, water refills and drainage work

Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and roadworthy

Emptying large effluent tanks and refilling water bowsers

Using water hydrants safely

Emptying your vehicle at STW sites

Carrying out daily vehicle checks and wearing appropriate PPE

Liaising with the office and following all service procedures

Supporting with additional yard or service duties as required

Maintaining excellent customer service and promoting a positive image of the business

Driving safely at all times and complying with all health & safety requirements

What were looking for:

Class 2 (Category C) licence

Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)

Maximum of 6 penalty points

Pay & Benefits:

Standard overtime: £16.00 per hour

Weekend/event overtime: £17.50 per hour (minimum 5 hours paid)

£150 monthly attendance bonus

Performance-related bonuses

£500 bonus on completion of probation
