Class 2 Flatbed Driver Leeds - Temp to Perm Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | Day shifts (approx. 07:00 17:00)
About the Role Recruit A Driver are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Flatbed Driver to join a reputable client based in Leeds. This is a clean, steady driving role involving flatbed multi-drop deliveries. The role includes securing loads using ratchets and straps, with no handball required .
Duties Include: Driving Class 2 flatbed vehicles
Multi-drop deliveries (approx. 10 drops per day)
Securing loads using ratchets and straps
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Ensuring loads are delivered safely and on time
Completing delivery paperwork and following transport procedures
Requirements: Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence (held for at least 12 months)
Minimum 6 months recent Class 2 / flatbed driving experience
Valid Digital Tachograph card and Driver CPC
No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
Confident securing loads with ratchets and straps
