Job Summary
We are seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retail store deliveries across the UK.
Duties
Drive Class 1 HGV
Unload via tail lift
Plan routes to meet delivery schedules
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
Shift & Pay
4 ON 4 OFF OR 5 ON 3 OFF
Monday to Friday days - £178
Saturday Days - £190
Sunday Days - £200
Monday to Friday Nights - £190
Saturday Night - £200
Sunday Night - £225
The above rates are inclusive of Holiday pay.
Holiday pay can also be separately accrued.
Skills:
Possess a valid C+E Class 1 HGV licence - 24+ Months C+E experience
Valid CPC and tachograph
No more than 6 points for MINOR offences
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
Strong communication and customer service skills
