Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Desborough

Temp to Perm | Immediate Starts | Ongoing Work

StaffCo Direct is recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers in Desborough on an ongoing basis. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent work and excellent PAYE rates.

Pay Rates (PAYE – incl. weekly holiday pay)
  • Mon–Fri Days: £18.74 per hour
  • Mon-Fri Nights: £19.91 per hour
  • Saturdays £21.09 per hour
  • Sundays £22.25 per hour

Shifts & Work Pattern
  • 7 day operation
  • 9–12 hour average shift
  • 8 hours guaranteed
  • 7-day operation
  • Immediate starts available

The Role
  • Trunking between distribution centres
  • Pre-loaded trailers
  • Ambient goods
  • Drop & swap
  • No handball

Requirements
  • Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence (min. 1 year)
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Max 6 points (no DD or DR offences)
  • Temperature-controlled experience preferred
  • Good UK road knowledge
  • Professional, reliable, customer-focused
