Class 1 Day Driver Leeds (Immediate Start)

Pay: £16.50 per hour (time and a half after 10 hours)
Location: Leeds
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Start Times: Between 05:00 08:00 (location dependent)

Recruit A Driver are looking for an experienced Class 1 Day Driver to support a busy Leeds-based client with ongoing work. This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular day shifts with a mix of trunking and light multi-drop work.

• General haulage runs (mostly trunking)

• Occasional handball (e.g., moving furniture to trailer doors for offloading into care homes)

• Multi-drop work if required (up to 34 drops per shift)

• Paid overtime at time and a half after 10 hours

• Valid Class 1 UK licence (held at least 12 months)

• Recent Class 1 driving experience (within last 612 months)

• Maximum 6 penalty points (minor offences only)

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Up-to-date Driver CPC
