NEW PASSES ACCEPTED People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well established client based in Derby, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. Shift:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY AM: START TIMES FROM 04:00 - MONDAY TO FRIDAY PM: START TIMES FROM 15:00 Benefits: As a Class 1 Driver you will receive the following benefits: Excellent Hourly Rates Ongoing Work Weekly Pay Onsite Canteen - 1 free meal per shift Training Provided Immediate Starts Employee Well-being Program Rates of Pay: 06:00-18:00 -

per hour Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not be limited to: Trunking from depot to depot in the East Midlands - up to 4 runs daily Using straps to secure loads on trailer - can be awkward due to cargo Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed Essential Skills: As a Class 1 Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Desirable Experience: Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial Training: Driver's Assessment will have to be completed After successful assessment, you will be inducted the same day Contact:
