BENEFITS:

- MIN 8 HOURS GUARANTEED PER SHIFT
- Store deliveries

- entitled to Holiday Pay DUTIES:
- start times available between 04:00-06:00 am
- LONG SHIFTS between 12-15 hours with potential nights out
- 2 to 3 drops per day from Corby delivering to locations throughout the country
- required to move cages and hanging garments to the rear of the trailer at each store
- Empty cages and recycling will also be collected from each store
- 45 MIN DEDUCTION FOR BREAKS Each driver will be required to pass an assessment prior to being given a full induction and training for the role.

This will be split over 2 days:
- The first day, you will be required to do a written test with questions.

You will also be given the chance to show them you can manoeuvre easily around the yard.

- The second day will require you to go out on the road with a permanent Matalan driver.

Both of these days will be paid if you will pass first day assessment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Valid CE category on your driving licence, held for 2 years plus (insurance purposes)
- Minimum 2 year driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence
- Valid driver CPC qualified
- Valid digi Tacho Card Pay rates as follows: Monday to Friday Days
- £19.50 Monday to Friday Nights
- £20.74 Saturday
- £21.05 Sunday
- £24.14 Night out
- £32
- Any driver starting post 04:00 is nightrateall shift
- Driver starting 04:00 onwards will be nightrateuntil 06:00 then dayratefor the rest of that shift
