Location - Glasgow City Centre

Salary - £28-35k depending on experience

Hours - 9.00-17.00 (Monday to Friday)

The Role

As a Claims/Sales Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear advice and support on a range of insurance products. You'll handle quotes, policy changes, and renewals, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from phone calls and emails to working closely with your team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate advice and quotes for new and existing customers.
Manage policy administration including new business, renewals, and adjustments.
