This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of claims operations by maintaining accurate data and supporting the wider team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to Claims Handlers and the wider teamSet up new claims files and ensure all documentation is accurately recordedUpdate internal systems with claim progress and key informationManage correspondence, including emails and document handlingSchedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups as requiredAssist with reporting and data management tasksEnsure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirementsAbout YouPrevious administrative experience (insurance or legal environment preferred but not essential)Excellent organisational and time management skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and case management systemsAbility to work independently in a remote setting About KennedysKennedys is a global law firm with expertise in dispute resolution and advisory services.
