You must be able to work at pace and adapt quickly, demonstrating flexibility, agility, and resilience.
Additional beneficial skills:
- Familiarity with heavy civil construction techniques.
- Knowledge of MCHW or Grid specifications.
- Understanding of the Scottish civil engineering sector.
- Experience working in remote or island locations.
Note: A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel to remote sites are required. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not provided.
What’s in it for you?
Working with one of Scotland’s leading civil engineering contractors, you will enjoy an excellent benefits package, including:
- Company vehicle
- Performance-related bonus scheme
- Pension plan with employer contributions
- Ongoing professional development
- Accommodation & return flights when based on Stornoway
If you’re ready for a challenge and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Additional notes:
- Accommodation is provided only when the project is on-site; applicants must source their own if outside Glasgow or Highland regions.
- Applicants must have the relevant right to work documentation; sponsorship is not available.
