Job Description Civil Engineer – New Build Housing
Leicestershire + 1day hybrid working
Upto £55,000 + bonus + car/allowance

My client, a successful privately owned housing developer, is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their team based in Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop road and sewer designs in collaboration with regulatory bodies to address all associated engineering issues.
Prepare and coordinate detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs.
Produce external levels drawings and private drainage drawings.
Assemble and deliver comprehensive civil engineering packages.
Oversee the resolution of engineering and building-related issues.
Assist in discharging engineering-related planning conditions.
Arrange Section 38 and Section 104 maintenance inspections and bond releases.

Skills and Experience
Experience working for a UK-based house builder or engineering consultancy is essential .
