We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a CISRS Instructor / Scaffolding Trainer to deliver high-quality scaffolding and construction training programmes.
As a CISRS Instructor / Scaffolding Trainer you will deliver accredited courses both at a dedicated training centre and on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and awarding body requirements. You will support learners through training, assessment and coaching.
Working as a CISRS Instructor / Scaffolding Trainer you will contribute to course development, continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of health and safety, training delivery and professional practice.

DUTIES
Your duties as the CISRS Instructor / Scaffolding Trainer include:
Deliver Training Courses:
Provide CISRS accredited scaffolding training programmes to learners
Maintain Standards:
Ensure all training meets accrediting body and compliance requirements
Support Learners:
Offer guidance, coaching and mentoring throughout course delivery
Assess Competence:
Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to support development
Drive Customer Satisfaction:
Achieve positive learner feedback in line with performance targets
Participate In CPD:
Attend standardisation meetings and ongoing professional development
Develop Training Content:
Contribute to new course creation and continuous improvement
Promote Health and Safety:
Demonstrate strong commitment to safe working practices
Follow Procedures:
Adhere to organisational policies, quality standards and operational processes
Support Team Growth:
Collaborate with colleagues and provide technical input where required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
Level 3 teaching qualification or equivalent
CISRS Advanced Card holder
Level 3 First Aid at Work certification
Proven experience in training delivery, coaching or instructional roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience supporting learners and providing constructive feedback
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
Strong technical knowledge of scaffolding and construction practices
Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
DESIRABLE
NEBOSH National General Certificate
Experience contributing to course development or training programmes
Background in construction training, assessment or adult education
Ability to support business development through technical expertise
