We are recruiting on behalf of our client for two Deputy Managers to join a childrens residential home in the South Yorkshire area.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced senior residential practitioners or existing Deputy Managers who are passionate about safeguarding, leadership, and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the home, supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and deputising in their absence.You will help create a safe, supportive, and child-focused environment in line with safeguarding policies, legislation, and best practice standards.
