Reporting to: Director of Compliance, Regulation and Quality – Children’s

We’re looking for a highly experienced safeguarding professional to join us in a national leadership role that will shape strategy, drive improvement and protect children across our residential, fostering and education services.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the national safeguarding strategy

Provide expert guidance across multiple services

Oversee serious incidents and investigations

Represent CareTech at partnership and regulatory boards

Work closely with senior teams to embed a culture of learning and accountability

What we’re looking for

Deep knowledge of safeguarding legislation and regulation

Proven leadership experience in children’s services, fostering or education

Strong analytical, policy and governance skills

Someone who leads with integrity, listens with empathy and acts with confidence
